INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER: Radio Design Labs, Inc. (RDL) is looking for an International Sales Manager with a successful track record of managing sales reps, regional sales managers and developing emerging international markets. The candidate’s verifiable sales skills must be centered around firm technical sales knowledge and long-term trusted personal relationships with dealers and consultants. Ten years sales management experience in the commercial audio/visual market is required, as is comprehensive knowledge of the products and the associated technology in our industry. The successful candidate must be disciplined and highly motivated, with an un-fettered focus on achieving results.
The International Sales Manager must contribute to the company’s continued growth through the successful execution of projects, closely managing our sales force, interfacing with our distribution and dealer network as well as interfacing with clients, project managers and consultants.
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for building overall company sales, including U.S. sales and specific international sales regions. The position is based at the company headquarters and factory in Prescott, AZ. An aggressive travel schedule is anticipated.

DSP DIGITAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Description:
DSP Digital Design Engineer for an Audio Video Device Manufacturer in Prescott, Arizona.
We are seeking a self-starting individual with a passion for engineering application development. This individual will work in a team environment to develop hardware systems that require the design, layout, and integration of digital logic and/or digital circuitry. The Digital Design Engineer will develop and support new product development as well as work with other engineers to support factory needs. As a member of the technical staff, the Digital Design Engineer will demonstrate initiative in exploring advanced theories using signal processing techniques, communications theory, control theory, algorithm development and coding, as well as testing and documenting the research. Experience in PCB layout for digital and analog circuitry and/or experience with programming micro-controllers a big plus.
Requirements Skills / Requirements Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other equivalent field of discipline.
- Ability to translate and optimize general-purpose floating-point algorithms for fixed-point parallel architectures.
- Ability to generate schematics for mixed-signal circuit board designs.
- Ability to relocate to beautiful Prescott, AZ.
